Returns & Refund Policy
At ValvedExhausts, many of our products are built to order and designed specifically for performance applications. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final, and we will NOT accept any returns unless the exhaust is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-built or made-to-order products
- Installed or used exhaust systems
- Opened electronic components or valve control kits
- Clearance or sale items
- International shipping/import fees or customs charges
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product and issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing.
Many aftermarket modifications can affect fitment, including but not limited to:
- Aftermarket headers
- Midpipes
- Downpipes
- Valance changes
- Previous exhaust modifications
If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is delivered.
Shipping & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their country.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
