Exhaust Troubleshooting
If you have a problem with the exhaust system on your car, there may be a fitment issue. This means that the exhaust system does not fit perfectly on your car and may need some minor adjustments made. There are a lot of different exhaust setups out there, so it may not fit perfectly on every car.
please contact us if there is major fitment issues and we will get the issue resolved.
Vacuum Valve Troubleshooting
#1 My Remote Isn’t Working?
If the remote isn’t working, please preform a reset by locating the button located on the back of the receiver. Click it then simultaneously click any button on your VE remote to reprogram. Now your receiver should be programmed to your remote. If the issue is still present please contact us
#2 My Receiver/Box Has No Power?
If your receiver is showing no signs of power. Please double check your positive cable to make sure it is tight to a 12v power source and ensure your ground is grounded to a ground wire or clean surface of the cars body. If using the cigarette lighter please ensure the light is emitted on the adapter. If no light is on, please double check your cars fuse box for a blown fuse. If none of these issues resolve your problem please contact us
#3 My Valves Aren't Opening!
Please check if your receiver is responding when you click any button on your remote. If not please preform a reset / repair preformed in #1. If this method doesn't work and your receiver shows no sign of life please contact us.
If your receiver is working but the valves still aren't working please double check all the vacuum lines to ensure there is no leaks in any of the lines.
If all the lines aren't leaking, a replacement valve will be needed.

I Hear a Rattle From My Muffler?
If your muffler is rattling and your valve flap no longer works. Please check the spring that is located under the motor and above the flap. If there is any movement in the spring. It will need to be replaced. Please contact us for replacement parts.
All of these issues listed above are covered under warranty for 1 year starting on your placed order date.
