• The products are intended solely for vehicles used in closed-course competition or off-road applications
• Use of these products on public roads may be illegal in certain jurisdictions
• The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• ValvedExhausts assumes no responsibility for fines, penalties, inspections, or legal issues resulting from the use of these products

Professional installation is strongly recommended. ValvedExhausts is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.

All performance parts involve inherent risks. The customer assumes all risks and liability associated with the installation and use of these products, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage.

By purchasing from ValvedExhausts, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ValvedExhausts, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use or installation of these products.

Disclaimer:

Due to recent tariffs, customs inspections have become more stringent, leading to longer processing times.

Please note that for all shipments, tracking numbers may take up to 15 days to update. During this time, your package may be clearing through local customs. Once cleared, the tracking information will update with an estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Stainless Steel catback orders can take up to 7-10 days to be processed before shipping out, all of our catback systems are made to order which increases the shipping time.

Titanium catback orders can take up to 25-30 days to be processed before shipping out, all of our catback systems are made to order which increases the shipping time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. We also reserve the right to verify an order based on but not limited to the payment type, shipping and billing address information.

For out of stock items, as soon as we have the items ready in our warehouse we will ship them out.

Please do not make any orders if you are not willing to wait for production or shipping times.

Customers are responsible for any charges in related to duties & taxes that they receive. We have no control over this and each country has different laws concerning these charges.

Returns & Refund Policy

At ValvedExhausts, many of our products are built to order and designed specifically for performance applications. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, unused and uninstalled items may be eligible for return approval under the conditions below:

• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee

Returns that show signs of installation, modification, damage, heat cycles, scratches, or wear will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-built or made-to-order products
• Installed or used exhaust systems
• Opened electronic components or valve control kits
• Clearance or sale items
• International shipping/import fees or customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the product and issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Many aftermarket modifications can affect fitment, including but not limited to:

• Aftermarket headers
• Midpipes
• Downpipes
• Valance changes
• Previous exhaust modifications

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is delivered.

Shipping & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their country.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At Valved Exhausts, we stand behind the quality of our products and design them to perform reliably for years to come. Our warranty coverage is structured to give you confidence where it matters most.

Lifetime Warranty – Remote Kits & Accessories

All valve remote kits, controllers, wiring harnesses, and related accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty.

This covers:

• Remote control units
• Control modules
• Wiring harnesses
• Valve operation electronics

If any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects or normal use, we will repair or replace them at no cost.

3-Year Warranty – Exhaust Systems

All valved exhaust systems, axle-backs, and catbacks are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failures (cracks, weld issues)
• Valve mechanism defects within the exhaust

Our exhausts are built using high-quality materials and rigorous standards, and this warranty reflects our confidence in their durability.

What’s Not Covered

While we aim to support our customers as much as possible, the warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or misuse
• Damage caused by accidents or road hazards
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, minor surface corrosion)
• Modifications or alterations to the product
