• ValvedExhausts assumes no responsibility for fines, penalties, inspections, or legal issues resulting from the use of these products

Professional installation is strongly recommended. ValvedExhausts is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.

All performance parts involve inherent risks. The customer assumes all risks and liability associated with the installation and use of these products, including but not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or property damage.

By purchasing from ValvedExhausts, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ValvedExhausts, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the use or installation of these products.

Shipping & Processing Disclaimer

Due to recent tariff changes, customs inspections have become more stringent, which may result in longer processing and transit times.

Please note that tracking information for all shipments may take up to 15 business days to update. During this period, your package may be undergoing customs clearance. Once cleared, tracking information will be updated with an estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Processing Times

Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust Systems

• Processing time: 7–10 business days
• All stainless steel cat-back systems are made to order, which may increase processing times prior to shipment.

Titanium Cat-Back Exhaust Systems

• Processing time: 25–30 business days
• All titanium cat-back systems are made to order, which may increase processing times prior to shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times

• North America: 5–7 business days
• Europe: 5–7 business days
• Asia: 7–10 business days

Additional Information

We reserve the right to cancel or verify any order at our discretion. Order verification may be required based on, but not limited to, payment method, shipping address, billing information, or other order details.

For out-of-stock items, orders will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available at our warehouse.

Please do not place an order if you are unwilling to wait for the stated production and shipping timeframes.

The buyer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees vary by location, and we have no control over the customs regulations or charges assessed by local authorities.

Returns & Refund Policy

At ValvedExhausts, many of our products are built to order and designed specifically for performance applications. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final, and we will NOT accept any returns unless the exhaust is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom-built or made-to-order products
• Installed or used exhaust systems
• Opened electronic components or valve control kits
• Clearance or sale items
• International shipping/import fees or customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the product and issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Many aftermarket modifications can affect fitment, including but not limited to:

• Aftermarket headers
• Midpipes
• Downpipes
• Valance changes
• Previous exhaust modifications

If you are unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once the return is delivered.

Shipping & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their country.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lifetime Warranty – Remote Kits & Accessories

All valve remote kits, controllers, wiring harnesses, and related accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty.

This covers:

• Remote control units
• Control modules
• Wiring harnesses
• Valve operation electronics

If any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects or normal use, we will repair or replace them at no cost.

3-Year Warranty – Exhaust Systems

All valved exhaust systems, axle-backs, and catbacks are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural failures (cracks, weld issues)
• Valve mechanism defects within the exhaust

Our exhausts are built using high-quality materials and rigorous standards, and this warranty reflects our confidence in their durability.

What’s Not Covered

While we aim to support our customers as much as possible, the warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or misuse
• Damage caused by accidents or road hazards
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, minor surface corrosion)
• Modifications or alterations to the product
