We reserve the right to cancel any order. We also reserve the right to verify an order based on but not limited to the payment type, shipping and billing address information.
For out of stock items, as soon as we have the items ready in our warehouse we will ship them out.
Please do not make any orders if you are not willing to wait for manufacturing or shipping times.
Customers are responsible for any charges in related to duties & taxes that they receive. We have no control over this and each country has different laws concerning these charges.
We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
If we do decide to accept a return for any special reason. You will be charge a 20% restock fee.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
*Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.*

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.

ValvedExhausts sells aftermarket exhausts and not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products and therefore may require some test fitting and preparation before installing. Depending on the system, some modifications may be required to achieve proper fitment. ValvedExhausts will not be held responsible for any additional costs like install or modification costs due to improper fitment as every vehicle may be slightly different.
A customer shall not process a chargeback without returning the goods back to us. Chargebacks for any reason will not be accepted unless items are returned back to us.
NO credit card company shall initiate a chargeback without requiring customer to send the purchased product back.

We always recommend professional installment of our products, which includes professional & skilled workers with experience in the aftermarket exhaust installs. We continue to do our best to limit these modifications but as newer products are brought to production, there may be more work involved with them. All of our products carry a 1 year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship when used on private passenger cars and light trucks under normal operating conditions. Any modification to the product or use inconsistent with the intended application voids this warranty.
1 Year Warranty is limited to replacement of the worn-out or defective product with the same (or substantially comparable) product in accordance with this warranty. Cost of removal and installation are not included, and any incidental and consequential damages are excluded under this warranty, regardless of when the failure occurs. These warranties have no cash value. The warranties will not apply to products which have been modified, improperly applied or installed on vehicles used for commercial or racing purposes.
To make a claim under this warranty, simply email us and return the defective product with the dated original receipt.
Warranty will be only applied to the original owner of the product. If our product was bought second hand. Warranty will not apply to you, and you will need to purchase replacement parts.
