Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final, and we will NOT accept any returns unless the exhaust is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products
  • Installed or used exhaust systems
  • Opened electronic components or valve control kits
  • Clearance or sale items
  • International shipping/import fees or customs charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product and issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Fitment Responsibility

Lifetime Warranty – Remote Kits & Accessories

All valve remote kits, controllers, wiring harnesses, and related accessories are backed by a lifetime warranty.

This covers:

  • Remote control units
  • Control modules
  • Wiring harnesses
  • Valve operation electronics

If any of these components fail due to manufacturing defects or normal use, we will repair or replace them at no cost.

3-Year Warranty – Exhaust Systems

All valved exhaust systems, axle-backs, and catbacks are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural failures (cracks, weld issues)
  • Valve mechanism defects within the exhaust

Our exhausts are built using high-quality materials and rigorous standards, and this warranty reflects our confidence in their durability.

What’s Not Covered

While we aim to support our customers as much as possible, the warranty does not cover:

One week in. Pros - welds are clean, sound is good, valves work good so far. Install was not bad. Fitment was not bad at all. Cons- I wish there were a few less clamp sections and maybe more pipe instead or welds. To minimize chances of leaks, takes way too long to arrive. Took more than 20 days. FYI, if you have fitment issues you have one of the pipes on wrong side. It may look like it goes but if it won’t align something is not in correct place.

I have a 2025 Mustang GT Performance Pack that did not come with active exhaust. Found this option online and it’s extremely made well, the welds on the pipe and muffler are really good. The fitment is great and the sound is incredible! The downshifts have loud thunderous pops and the valves help immensely with quiet start ups for neighbours. A little on the expensive side but worth buying. Highly recommend this over Corsa or any other brand! Great customer service as well.

This is my THIRD exhaust setup for my S650. Words cannot explain how amazing this exhaust setup is. Stock my S650 was a non active car. This is totally a game changer. I spent a lot of time messaging them, and they responded every time almost instantly. The customer service is amazing. When I received my system, even how it was packed was above other company’s that I ordered from. Upon installing it the fitment was so spot on. Everything slid together with ease and bolted right up. The sound is amazing. Almost stock quiet when you want it to be. With the valves open I have one of the most aggressive sounding mustangs where I live. The sound is aggressive with very little drone inside the car. With the double X pipe it has a slight exotic rasp to it and roars like a V8 should in the upper RPM range. All in all, I totally recommend this exhaust system 100%. You won’t be disappointed.

S650 Ford Mustang GT Valved Cat Back Exhaust

I was doing research for months trying to find the best exhaust set up for my car (S650 GT). Not only is this the best sounding, but also best quality. These valves work better than the stock valves on higher trim model mustangs. These don’t rattle at all, they’re as quiet as oem mufflers when you want them to be. Paired this cat back system to my headers and my car sounds amazing. Couldn’t recommend this exhaust enough definitely worth the investment.

This exhaust surprised me. Fitment was really good and the sound is amazing! A buddy of mine is about to swap his Corsa system out for the same one I have. (3 inch stainless with a signal crossover H pipe and factory active valves.) I will recommend that you weld it.. the clamps will let the mufflers sag after some spicy driving. I just threw a couple stitch welds on the slip joints. Also, the quiet mode for the early morning cold starts is SUPER quiet. Even with long tubes it’s whisper quiet. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
